Because I use the wonderful SpamSieve on my Mac I rarely see any of the few hundred spam messages I get every day. They just go straight to the Spam folder waiting to be deleted, unloved and unread.
One slipped through today with a Subject line that was ambiguous enough that I opened it. Along with my "discount fharmacy" offer, I got this lovely little bit of stream-of-conciousness poetry:
Keep in touch, I said into my pinkie. Regular reports and sing out
if you see anything-anything at all.
Just as you say, boss.
I'm not sure but I think this Japanese Yahoo! Group is collecting these things. Some are quite amazing. They must come from somewhere but they are bizarre enough to be generated by a clever script. Interesting.
Luckily YouTube doesn't have any of those issues. :)
A bit of Sunday morning digging brought me to this scene - the mid-section of the pilot episode. Like most pilots it is all expository stage setting. We're introduced to the main characters quickly, shown their current state and what Andy Travis their newly hired Music Director has planned for them.
This scene has always resonated with me. I fell in love with the show when Andy unrolled and pinned up a KISS poster as a way of telling the crew that changes were afoot.
Watch an enjoy.
Oh, and I almost forgot, "booger".
